Delays may occur if required information is not provided by the client.

SECTION 5 – PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Payments must be completed before work begins.

SECTION 6 – REFUNDS
Refunds are only available **before** work on the client’s store has begun.
Once work has started, refunds are not possible because the service involves time and custom development.
If a client fails to provide required information, delays do not qualify for refunds.

Failure to provide information may delay the service.

We offer optional TikTok ad video creation:

– 3 videos – $50
These services are non-refundable once delivered.
